As a high-profile business strategist, HR powerhouse, CEO and author, Lakeisha Robichaux has been revolutionizing the way organizations succeed since 2002. The CEO and founder of Chief of Minds (COM), a human resources firm she launched in 2014, Chief of Minds Staffing, and Chief of Minds Insurance, Robichaux’s strategic skill set as a problem-solver, success seeker, and organizational leader has allowed her to help build high-performing teams by optimizing operations and developing executive leaders. As of July 2023, Robichaux was elected as President of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce. Where she aims to facilitate opportunities for local small businesses to grow within the community.

A HR veteran and pioneer in strengthening corporate models, Lakeisha honed her expertise working for Fortune 500 and 100 companies such as CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General Corporation, and Loyola University. Garnering a well-earned reputation for driving results, she led those organizations through significant cultural change, proving that peak performance is always possible through the right people. It was pure passion for people and servant leadership that led to her pivot from corporate into public service, where she has since become one of the top HR consultants for organizations nationwide.With a mission of helping the next generation of small-business owners advance within their industries and create lasting and sustainable companies, Lakeisha launched a business development membership platform called BizChiefs in 2020, as an extension of the Chief of Minds brand.

A mentorship and online community of business-owners, BizChiefs members have access to tailored workshops, coaching sessions, monthly masterclasses, networking events, and Q&A sessions with Lakeisha and other market experts. In an effort to make entrepreneurial and business growth accessible to both established and aspiring entrepreneurs, Lakeisha also hosts Mastermind business retreats as well as public events, including the annual BizChiefs Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Lakeisha is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, an inaugural member of the American Academy of Entrepreneurs, and has earned the Small Business of the Year Award from the 2022 Leadership Council, the 2023 Outstanding Small and Emerging Business Development Award from the MBECA, and the “She’s A Ten” Women’s Business Award. Most recently Robichaux was elected as President of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce.
